Thermal imaging or infrared scanning, is a non-contact / non-invasive technology that allows inspection of electrical systems without turning power off.
Costly shutdowns and outages can occur at any time if your machines fail for whatever reason. Thermal imaging helps to detect, troubleshoot and even fix these problems in order to prevent the shutdowns. The first sign of a failing machine is a rise in temperature. If we can pick the problem up early, we can fix it before it rears its ugly head.
We can use thermal scans to find faults on any electrical equipment, motors, distribution boards and supply circuits. These scans should be done at least once a year in order to stay one step ahead of potential failures.
